'PebbleNook was founded on a fundamental vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Rossi’s in 1985, our little pizza shop began as a quaint, familial venture boasting recipes passed down through many generations.
Marco Rossi, our originator, acquired the skills of pizza creation whilst journeying across Italy, apprenticing with esteemed Neapolitan pizza chefs. After her return to the UK, she was driven to emulate the essence of classical Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
What started as a humble 12-chair pizza place has evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, with our dedication to excellence intact. We persist in utilizing traditional wood-burning oven methods, daily preparation of dough, and acquiring the most exquisite ingredients available.
At present, 'PebbleNook is still kept within the family and headed by the subsequent Rossi generation, steering our enthusiastic crew. Even though we’ve adopted contemporary advancements, the core of our foundation endures: serving scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites patrons.
